About the paperwork and location
- Whether you have the Arizona title in hand, and whose name is on it
- Whether there is still a loan on the vehicle
- The city and ZIP where the car is sitting right now
Do not sign the title yet. Arizona needs that signature notarized, and we will arrange it as part of the pickup.
What happens after you contact us
We respond during business hours, usually within a couple of hours. You get a written offer before any truck is dispatched. If you accept, most pickups happen within 24 to 48 hours, and you are paid in full at pickup before the vehicle leaves. The full process is here.
